No Fees Unless We Win for You
Most of our legal services are provided on a contingency basis. In other words, you will not be charged any attorney fees unless we win your case. Our attorney fee is based on an agreed-upon percentage of the total amount we collect for you.
Once your case is finished, you will be responsible for all out-of-pocket expenses and costs, which are typically paid at the end of the case from your share of the recovery. Attorney’s fees are reimbursed to us from your share of the settlement or recovery. When you visit us for your initial client conference, we will discuss all of the details and answer any questions you may have.
