Neil got me through a difficult time. Although my crash was not as bad as it could have been, I was shaken and I was scared. He reassured me that my response was pretty normal and valid. He told me that my only concern was to follow up with doctor visits and he would handle the rest. If I had only had that first visit with him - that in itself would have been worth it. Neil grounded me and helped me map out a plan.
I was studying for boards and was unemployed at the time. It was difficult to study with headaches; I took my test 8 weeks later than my original plan. I did pass and got a job one month after taking it.
