The purpose of our first meeting is to gather all important facts about your case.  More specifically, who is the at fault party?  What are your out of pocket expenses, your damages and claimed injuries?  How much wage loss have you suffered and will continue to suffer?

We would like you to provide us with the addresses and telephone numbers of all witnesses, all of your health care providers, and all of your insurance information.  Any pertinent photographs are also critical to obtain at the outset of each case before the evidence disappears e.g. injuries, bruises or scars.
